Collar Design: Martingale Collar fabric outer and inside lining is double sided Velvet.  The core material is a tough, ballistic strong, parachute webbing placed between the Velvet fabrics.  Collars are sewn using strong industrial thread on commercial grade machines.  Collar Hardware is Solid Brass or Chrome/Silver Steel.  Martingale collars are safe, secure, durable and dog neck adjustable.  Machine wash and air-dry.  Tailored in the USA.
