Muzzle Sizing Guide

A. Small Basket: Greyhound Kennel Muzzle – Fits all dogs 40 to 60 lbs.
     a. Inside Muzzle length > 4”
     b. Circumference inside muzzle > 12” (tapers in diameter towards nose)
     c. Head Strap Length > 18”.
     d. Available Colors >  Red, Blue, Pink and Purple.

 A.  Large Standard Basket: Greyhound Kennel Muzzle – Fits all dogs 60 to 80 lbs.
      a. Inside Muzzle length > 4”
      b. Circumference inside muzzle > 14” (tapers in diameter towards nose) 
      c. Head Strap Length > 18”.
      d. Available Colors > Black, Red, White, Blue, Green, Gold, Pink and Purple

C.  Large Standard Basket w/ Extra Long Head Strap Greyhound Kennel Muzzle – Fits all dogs        65 to 120 lbs with larger heads.
      a. Inside Muzzle length > 4”
      b. Circumference inside muzzle > 14” (tapers in diameter towards nose) 
      c. Head Strap Length > 22”.
      d. Available Colors > Black, Red and Blue  

GENERAL MUZZE FIT/SIZING INFORMATION BELOW: 
 Muzzle Sizing Guide: (Step by step instructions using a fabric tape measure)       
A. Muzzle should rest 1/2" to 1" below the base of the eyes: (Be certain to allow a minimum of 1/2" + clearance from the end of the nose to inside the basket.
B. Measure around the nose: (Start 1/2" to 1" under the eyes at the largest nose area of the nose)
C. Measure for the adjustable strap length needed to hold the muzzle in place. (Start 1/2" to 1"         below one eye. Measure up and around the ears down to 1/2" to 1" under the other eye)
D. Use your dimensions (A,B,C): (select a correct size muzzle from the list above)

Accessories: 
 1.   Stool Guard: Available for dog’s intent on eating poo, rocks, etc.  The stool guard is placed inside the muzzle on standard large muzzles and placed on the outside of smaller basket sized muzzles. The stool guard is attached to the muzzle with 2 zip-ties furnished with the order.
2.   Safety Strap: Available for aggressive dogs that can remove the muzzle.  The safety strap attaches to the muzzle and the dog's collar.
